Jimmy Field has extensive experience in leveraged finance, with a focus on capital markets execution and syndication of middle market transactions. Prior to joining Encina Private Credit, Jimmy was an Executive Director at CIBC, where he helped build the firm’s U.S. Leveraged Finance platform supporting sponsor-backed transactions.

Previously, Jimmy was at Bank of Ireland, where he was responsible for syndication and capital markets execution of lead-managed and underwritten transactions. He began his career at Bank of Hawaii, holding various roles in their Corporate Banking group following completion of a formal credit training program.

Jimmy holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University.
