We are a specialty finance company that provides “first-out” enterprise value loans ranging in size from $10 – $50mm in partnership with select direct lenders and sponsors in the U.S. and Canada.  We focus on disciplined underwriting and active portfolio monitoring to directly originate differentiated private credit assets with attractive risk-adjusted returns.
