Alissa has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily in operational readiness, change management and regulatory reporting.

Prior to joining Encina, Alissa spent six years at GE Capital as a Program Manager in Capital Markets. She was responsible for the build and daily management of the end-to-end operational infrastructure for global and domestic revolving trade AR securitizations, overseeing collateral management, program modifications, infrastructure changes, deal monitoring, and ad-hoc projects.

Before joining GE Capital, Alissa spent much of her career at global investment banks where she held a variety of roles in change management and regulatory reporting, with a focus on equity and fixed income derivatives. She began her career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen.

Alissa graduated from the NYU Stern School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is based in Norwalk, CT.
