Andy Salter is the Founder & CEO of Encina Capital Partners, having formed the company in 2014 after spending 12 years in the private equity group at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P.  Prior thereto, he was an investment banking analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Director of Corporate Development at a software company called RiverOne.  Andy graduated from Stanford University with a B.A. in Economics.
