Brian is an experienced and accomplished corporate finance executive with extensive experience in leveraged finance, asset based lending, and restructuring with a history of originating middle market, private equity backed, leveraged loans and asset based loans. Prior to EPC, Brian was at Bank of Montreal (BMO) as a Managing Director leading the Boston office since 2019. Prior to that, Brian spent 11 years at Citizens Bank as a Senior Vice President. He also worked at Black Diamond and GE Capital in various underwriting and origination roles. Brian graduated from Fairfield University with a BS in International Business.
