Caroline Farkas has over a decade of experience across investment banking, private equity, and private credit.

Prior to joining Encina Private Credit in 2024, Caroline was a Vice President at Firmament, a lower-middle market flexible capital provider. She previously held roles as a Private Equity Associate at Atlas Holdings, and in Leverage Finance and Corporate Banking at RBC Capital Markets.

Caroline graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the Vanderbilt University School of Engineering.
