Chris Keough has over a decade of experience across the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Encina Private Credit in 2026, Chris was a Commercial Credit Lead at M&T Bank where he managed portfolios of large corporate borrowers across various industry including Consumer, Healthcare, and Diversified Industrials. Chris began his career in public accounting at CohnReznick prior to transitioning to banking where he held various portfolio management positions of increasing responsibilities within Webster Bank’s Sponsor and Specialty Finance Group.

Chris graduated from Central Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
