Diane has over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, including public accounting and the development and implementation of internal controls.

Prior to joining Encina in 2024, Diane spent fourteen years at Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. as Vice President and Controller. There she built and managed a finance department of fourteen, revamped existing internal controls and testing, streamlined quarterly close and reporting processes, and facilitated the preparation of the annual budgets, tax returns and the financial statement audit. Diane began developing her strong technical accounting skills during her time with BDO Seidman, LLP where she began her career.

Diane holds a B.S. from the State University of New York at Cortland in Secondary Education/Chemistry and is a Certified Public Accountant.
