Erin Novak has 15+ years of leveraged finance experience, including the underwriting and portfolio management of transactions across multiple industries. Prior to joining Encina Private Credit, Erin spent over 10 years at GE Capital, working on leveraged loan, structured finance and project finance transactions. Previously, she worked in the Leveraged Finance Group at Bear Stearns in New York and at TCW Group in Los Angeles.

Erin earned her MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA and lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two children.
