Jacqueline Liao

Prior to joining Encina Private Credit, Jacqueline spent 8 years at Barclays where she served as a Finance Vice President managing both regulatory reporting and financial reporting. She was on the fastest track to VP level at the bank, with her extensive experience covering the accounting for commercial banking, consumer banking, broker dealers, bank holding companies and bank subsidiaries. She also served as the lead in building up the regulatory reporting structure and process for the bank’s newly established intermediate holding company. In addition, Jacqueline was well experienced in working directly with the banking regulators mainly including the Federal Reserve Bank. Before that, Jacqueline was an auditor at EY, where she focused on the audit of clients in the financial services industry.

Jacqueline earned Master of Accounting degree from Washington University in St. Louis. She is a CPA of the state of New York and a CPA of Canada.
