John is a Senior Associate on the Originations Team at Encina Private Credit.

Prior to joining Encina, John worked as an Associate on the Leveraged Acquisition Finance team at The Bank of Ireland, where he was responsible for underwriting and executing a variety of transactions, including LBOs, add-on acquisitions, dividend recaps, and refinancings within sponsor-backed, middle market companies.

John graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Marist University.
