Kevette brings 20 years of diverse experience which includes 13 years of Lending.

Prior to Encina Private Credit, Kevette worked at Lockheed Martin as a Program Manager where she developed, defined, and managed the scope, budget and schedule for the Integrated Product Team’s control accounts. Earlier in her career, she worked at GE Capital within the Operations and Risk departments. She has experience servicing/managing deals across various business segments with multiple tranches. Kevette also increased her knowledge in analysis and reporting where she liaised between IT and the business.

Kevette earned a bachelor’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University and an MBA with concentration in Finance from the University of New Haven.
