Lori currently serves as the Office Manager at Encina Private Credit, where she ensures smooth day-to-day operations and supports both leadership and team initiatives. Prior to joining the firm, she gained experience across executive search, finance, and operations. Her previous roles include senior search consultant at Ross & Company and leadership positions in finance at UBS, as well as in the retail sector—giving her a well-rounded perspective on organizational strategy and talent development.

Lori holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
