Manja is a Financial Analyst in the finance department at Encina Private Capital, where she supports financial reporting, analysis, and operational oversight.

Prior to joining Encina, Manja managed and recorded the financial activities for a non-profit organization. Earlier in her career, she oversaw operations and financial administration for an early-stage service company, gaining broad experience across business functions.

Manja holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut with a concentration in business and a Master of Arts in Global Development from the University of Bridgeport.
