Mark is an experienced and accomplished corporate finance executive with extensive experience in middle market leveraged finance, asset based lending, and restructuring on both a sponsor and direct basis. Prior to EPC, he was the Head of Capital One’s Middle Market Bank Sponsor and Specialties Coverage. Prior to that, Mark spent 19 years at GE Capital in various origination and leadership roles throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. He also worked at Fleet Bank/BofA and Eastland Bank including roles in ABL originations, workout and underwriting. Mark has an MBA in finance from State University of New York, Albany and a BS in management from Providence College.
