Ray has over 20 years of professional experience in syndicated and corporate bank loan operations. Throughout his career, he has held senior-level operational roles across a range of financial institutions, including hedge funds, asset management firms, investment banks, and fund administrators. His expertise spans loan administration, reconciliation, par loan closings, treasury operations, and broader operational functions.

Prior to joining Encina Private Credit, Ray served as an Assistant Vice President at CIFC Asset Management, where he was responsible for loan administration and operational oversight. In this role, he helped manage syndicated bank loan restructurings and lender borrowing transactions.

Earlier in his career, Ray was a Team Lead Supervisor at HedgeServ, where he spent over eight years in loan administration and operations, overseeing and mentoring new hires within a growing department. He also held roles at Fifth Street Asset Management and UBS Investment Bank, building a strong foundation in syndicated loan operations.

Ray earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with dual concentrations in Finance and Investment Management from Duquesne University.
