Sandy Hom has 24 years of risk management experience primarily in the underwriting and portfolio management of leveraged finance transactions.

Prior to joining Encina Private Credit, Sandy led the Cash Flow Lending and Leveraged Lending credit policy team at Capital One and prior to that spent 19 years at GE Capital in increasingly senior roles. Earlier in her career, Sandy was an investment banking analyst at Dean Witter Reynolds and was credit trained at Fleet Financial Group.

Sandy earned her MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and her B.S. from Cornell University.
